What's NOT Fun

• stomach flu
• fevers
• colds
• wondering who's next
• sick children (and adults) since Halloween

Our house has become a breeding ground for all the "fun" germs.  This weekend was no different with 2 victims. I do have hope am not sure anymore that Mia will be in school tomorrow. **I just looked at the girl's tonsils. Those things are HUGE, and Devin has retracted his earlier statement which implied she was wasn't really that sick**

• getting another bad report the 2nd grade teacher about behaviors that are STILL ongoing. Not fun, not fun at all
• trying to figure out how to motivate a child to not make the same mistakes again

What IS Fun

• scavenger hunts
• build your own sundae or cupcake
• family fun night to celebrate good grades and good teacher reports
• raking leaves for the last time (cross your fingers)
• being halfway done with Christmas gifts
• making clothes for myself
• having one weekend without any illness
• happy kids painting
