I gave myself the day off from work.
The kids were at summer camp.
The house was all mine for 8 very. quick. hours.
I gave myself a lecture "no cleaning, no picking up and let the weeds grow one more day."
I created.
I have a maxi skirt sewn up and ready for date night on Saturday.
Pictures will have to come later as the outfit is not ready. I will need to sew a top too. I tried several outfits and one combination was nice, but it wasn't the summer I'm going for. We'll head downtown and it should be perfect weather to enjoy eating on a patio and then walk around afterwards.
